The event provides opportunities for networking, doing business, understanding the market dynamics and learning more about recent developments in the oil and gas industry. ADIPEC 2012- KEY FACTS • Over 50,000 visitors • More than 1,600 exhibiting companies • 13 national pavilions • 20 % higher attendance than the total recorded in 2010 • To be an annual event from 2013

  10. customer leads* Total interests registered : 266 Significant Interests: 83 Prime targets : 44 The most important reason for exhibiting at ADIPEC 2012 was attracting new customers and post-event business. The above diagram shows the result of Trinity Holdings’ participation in the event. *A database of segregated customer leads is available with our sales team

  11. analysis / areas for improvement • Booth design & product display • Better organization and segmentation of our products /applications/services focusing on the oil & gas sector • Products and services to be featured under the umbrella of Trinity Holdings, not subsidiary companies, to avoid possible confusion to the customers • Better usage of the space with fewer and key exhibits • Alternative booth design for the better reception of visitors and product visibility. Individual podiums on the sides were not effective • Booth design needs to be inducive to attract guests • Booth location/ floor plan • Need to secure a better location in the floor plan for strategic • advantage (hall 4-6) • Logistics • Need to plan in advance with the stand contractors • To dedicate a day for transferring the display items to the exhibition venue

Team at the booth • Training to be given to the team beforehand • Need to assign specific responsibilities to individuals ( IT, reception, housekeeping, to attend on visitors, etc.) • To reduce the number of representatives at the booth • Representatives to target particular set of companies beforehand. Need to study the exhibitors’ list and shortlist our targets a month in advance • Visitor feedback form • Clear directions while filling the feedback forms. Training to be provided. • Need to modify the form in order to generate specific information • Gift items • To plan in advance • To prepare the info kit with giveaways in advance analysis / areas for improvement
