  2. Wenn nichts mehr geht, geh’ ich zu Dir,

  3. und klag’ Dir meine Sorgen.

  4. Du nimmst Dir Zeit, leihst mir Dein Ohr -

  5. Ich fühle mich geborgen.

  6. Als ich ein Kind war, konntest Du die Dinge für mich richten.

  7. Nun, da ich gross bin, hilfst Du mir, sie richtig zu gewichten.

  8. Wenn nichts mehr geht, geh’ ich zu Dir,

  9. Du bist mein Zufluchtsort.

  10. Du schaust mich an, bist einfach da,

  11. und weiter braucht’s kein Wort.

  12. Für das, was ich geworden bin, hast Du den Keim gelegt;

  13. Du hast die zarte Pflanze lang gehütet und gepflegt.

  14. Auch wenn ich diese Worte oft im Alltagstrott nicht sage -

  15. Heut’ sag ich sie: « Ich bin so froh,

  16. Mama, dass ich Dich habe.»
