  2. PROGRAMA DEEVALUACIÓN DE LACALIDAD EDUCATIVA- 2010 -

  3. OPERATIVO NACIONAL DE EVALUACIÓN 2010 EDUCACIÓN SECUNDARIA: CENSO 5º/6º Último Año de la Secundaria MUESTRA de 2º/9º Año FECHA DE APLICACIÓN: del 09 al 20 de agosto de 2010. EDUCACIÓN PRIMARIA: MUESTRA de 3º y 6º Grado FECHA DE APLICACIÓN: del 12 al 22 de octubre de 2010.

  4. OPERATIVO NACIONAL DE EVALUACIÓN 2010 • ¿En qué consiste? • CENSO: Se evalúan todos los alumnos del país que cursan su último año de educación secundaria o 5º/6º. Es decir, el Operativo abarca todas las secciones de todas las escuelas del año de finalización de la Educación Secundaria. • MUESTRA: Se evalúan sólo las secciones seleccionadasde 2º/9º Año de la educación secundaria.

  5. CARÁCTER DE LOS O.N.E.:Aplicación Trianual • CENSAL • MUESTRAL: Las muestras son aleatorias y estratificadas, con representatividad nacional y por jurisdicciones. AÑOS ESCOLARES DE APLICACIÓN: • 3º de Educación Primaria • 6º de Educación Primaria • 2º año de Educación Secundaria • 5º/6º año de Finalización de Educación Secundaria ÁREAS DE APLICACIÓN: • LENGUA • MATEMÁTICA • CIENCIAS NATURALES • CIENCIAS SOCIALES • Además, responden CUESTIONARIOS DE CONTEXTO los alumnos, docentes y directivos.

INSTRUMENTOS DE APLICACIÓN: • PRUEBAS DE CONOCIMIENTO • CUESTIONARIOS DE CONTEXTO • CONSTRUCCIÓN DE LOS INSTRUMENTOS DE EVALUACIÓN • ¿Quiénes construyeron los ítems o las actividades? • DOCENTES • Profesores de Biología, Físicay Química; Matemática; Lengua; Historia y Geografía • ¿Cómo aseguramos la validez y confiabilidad de las actividades? • Crítica de expertos – Especialistas del Área de Currículum del M.E. – Especialistas de la UBA. • Piloto de las actividades: en 3 jurisdicciones. • Procesamiento de la información.

  7. INSTRUMENTOS DE APLICACIÓN: • La prueba de finalización de la educación secundaria evalúa los contenidos y capacidades cognitivas básicas de las disciplinas. • TIENEN EL CONSENSO DE LAS JURISDICCIONES. • CADA ALUMNO resuelve un Cuadernillo de 30 Actividades de opción múltiple (ítems cerrados). • UNA MUESTRA DE ALUMNOS resuelve un Cuadernillo de Actividades para desarrollar con 2 ó 3 ejercicios.

  8. SECUENCIA DE ADMINISTRACIÓN DE LAS PRUEBAS • SE EVALÚAN SIMULTÁNEAMENTE EN TODO EL PAÍS, APROXIMADAMENTE: • 7.683 Escuelas • 18268 Secciones • 409.092 Alumnos

  9. PROCEDIMIENTO PARA COMPLETAR TODOS LOS INSTRUMENTOS USAR LÁPIZ NEGRO (NO BIROMES NI LÁPICES DE COLOR) RELLENAR COMPLETAMENTE CADA CÍRCULO (NO HACER CRUCES, TILDES O RELLENOS PARCIALES) BORRAR BIEN. NO HACER CÁLCULOS O ANOTACIONES EN LAS HOJAS DE RESPUESTAS.
