  10. QUÈ ÉS EL CARBÓ? • El carbó és una roca sedimentària de color negre, molt rica en carboni, utilitzada com a combustible fòssil.

  11. COM S’EXTREU? • S'extreu gràcies a unes màquines que perforen i arrabassen el carbó amb més facilitat i rendiment.

  12. AVANTATGES • Combustible fàcil d’obtenir. • Central més barata de construir. • Aquest combustible és transportable.

  13. INCONVENIENTS • Contaminant per l’atmosfera. • No renovable. • L’escalfament global.
