Employee Assistance Program • Providing private and confidential interviews, support and suggestions for voluntary counseling or treatment • Marital and family problems • Financial problems • Depression • Alcohol and Drug problems • Critical Incident Response • Grief / Loss • Suicide • Domestic / Workplace Violence • Adolescent Issues • Support Groups

Work/Family EAP“What You Should Know” • Program participation is VOLUNTARY and CONFIDENTIAL* • Program Access:* Self-referral Peer referral Supervisor referral Union referral * Ask for a Medical Pass-This is the best way to come up. Get the pass, go to medical, and let them know you need to speak to EAP. • The Program’s materials and resources are free Brochures, DVD’s; AA/NA Groups; Community Programs *The only time this doesn’t apply-Duty to Warn.

  4. Location of Office • Office is located off the Atrium in General Assembly across from cafeteria. • (next to the key room)

  5. Hours of Services • Work & Family Representatives are available during all 3 shifts of operation. ( The office is covered for approx. 21 out of 24 hours at this time, until the position on 3rd is filled. ) • If unavailable, please call your shift representatives phone number and leave a message with a return phone number.
