  9. Fort Wayne Chapter 120 Challenges & Solutions • Outgrowing our venue for our shows and typical meetings. Researched other locations this past year and are looking at making a move in the fall. • Getting quality speakers, we resolved to be more flexible with meeting dates. Shifting the meeting date a week one way or the other got us great speakers and did not seem to confuse the members. • Attendance. Target your audience, call lists, email and fax blasts. • Keeping our chapter treasury in the black. Focusing on raising research dollars.

  10. Fort Wayne Chapter 120 Highlights • Focused on PAOE points. Last year we were 134/164. We had help from the RVCs. • Forth Year In A Row that we were honored to have the ASHRAE Society president attend our local chapter meeting • Average attendance is well over 90+ guests, with three meetings in excess of 180 guests. • Revamped Chapter Website with new webmaster • Reached out to other societies and public institutions for joint meetings. SMACNA, AIA, MCA, REMC, IPFW, Mayors Green Ribbon Council • 7 members of the BOG are Young Engineers • Enthusiastic Board of Governors who simply get the job done.
