  1. Cellulite Treatment- Current Methods Of Treating Cellulites are common in both men and women. Around 90% of women have faced or are facing cellulite in their life and they all know how difficult it is to get rid of it. There is a myth that only women with excessive weight face cellulite, which is false. Thin women also have it at some point in their life. However, they are no need to worry now. Technology has found a way out to deal with cellulites. There are multiple ways to treat cellulite through medicines, laser, therapies, and creams. What Causes Cellulites? Science and medicine were unable to find the cause of cellulite, however, it is said that it is because of the interaction of the connective tissues. When cells of fats in body extend beyond the layer of skin, cellulite is formed. As mentioned, both men and women can be a victim of cellulite, however, it is more common in women. Hormones also play a key role in the development of cellulite. As the women grow old and approach menopause, estrogen level in the body decreases, which reduces the blood flow to the connective tissues. Also, unhealthy lifestyle and diet can also lead to cellulite. Too many fats, carbs, and salt can help increase the risk of cellulite. Even wearing fitted underwear or pants can lead to cellulites, as the fitted clothes can stop the blood flow. Some people have cellulites due to genetics. Treatment of Cellulite There are several ways to treat cellulite. The most common ways include medicines, creams, lasers, and therapies. Medicines People who avoid laser or any kind of body surgeries opt for medicines. Some over-the-counter medicines are available, but consult your doctor before taking any medicine. Cream Another option is to apply the cream on cellulite such as Caffeine and Retinol. These creams make cellulite less visible and may disappear over time. However, it takes about 6 months or more to see the visible difference. Ensure to try a patch to see no allergy reaction is caused.

  2. Laser There are several laser treatments available for cellulite treatment. A small laser probe is inserted into the skin that breaks up the tissue. The effects of the laser may last up to a year or more. One of the laser treatment is “laser-assisted liposuction,” which removes the fat from the area; however, it may make the dimples more prominent. Therapies Some of the known therapies for cellulite are: Carboxytherapy – it inserts carbon dioxide gas in the skin. The gas burns the fat and reducescellulite. Radiotherapy – it is a heating process that reduces cellulite with the help of heat. Endermologie – it is a massage process with a vacuum-like device. It helps lift the skin and is approved by Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These therapies are considered safe, however, it may contain some side effects such as bruising and swelling, and the results may last for a shorter time. To avoid any excess fats on the body, it is important to take care of your health by maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Eat healthy and keep your body dehydrated. If you want to get rid of cellulite through the laser, consult the best laser clinic with experienced dermatologists.
