What Are The Procedures To Opt For When Planning For Gestational Surrogacy?

When the surrogate mother is not related to the egg, embryo, or child, this process is called Gestational surrogacy. It has become the most common type of surrogacy as opposed to the traditional surrogacy. Most people prefer to have their child born out of their egg and sperm and opt for gestational surrogacy. This path to surrogacy has helped many intended parents build their families in harmony. @ https://www.riteoptions.com/surrogacy-process/

  2. When the surrogate mother is not related to the egg, embryo, or child, this process is called Gestational surrogacy. It has become the most common type of surrogacy as opposed to the traditional surrogacy. Most people prefer to have their child born out of their egg and sperm and opt for gestational surrogacy.

  3. In a gestational surrogacy process, the child is not related biologically to the surrogate mother. The embryo is created using In Vitro Fertilization (also known as IVF) where the eggs and sperm are taken from the intended parents or donors and then is transferred to the surrogate.

  4. People Who Can Consider Gestational Surrogacy Are:  • Hopeful single parents • People who have had a difficult time with infertility • People who prefer not to have any genetic link between their child and the surrogate • Same-sex couples • Anyone who is not able to safely carry out a pregnancy term

  5. The Process Of Gestational Surrogacy  • The gestational surrogacy process is one of the most common surrogacy processes in the United States. It allows intended parents to find a surrogate who is independent and can pursue the gestational surrogacy process with the help of an attorney assisting them in completing legal contracts.

  6. An Embryo Can Be Implanted Inside A Carrier Using Any Of The Following Options. • The eggs and sperm of the intended parents will be transferred inside the womb of the carrier. • An egg which is donated and fertilized with the sperm of the intended father. • A donor’s sperm fertilized with the intended mother’s egg. • Both the eggs and sperm will be donated by donors.

  7. From one of these processes, the surrogate will carry the baby as if in any healthy pregnancy, while the intended parents will have full legal custody of the child after being born.

  8. Thank You • A gestational surrogacy process allows infertile couples, same-sex couples, and single parents to have a complete family. It also allows intended parents to have a meaningful relationship with their carrier and indulge in the growth of their baby.
