  15. 160MC Assessment: 30th Nov • Tell a story • Be interesting/engage the reader • Have balance (present different sides of an argument) • Have a beginning (Description), middle (Interpretation) • and conclusion (Outcome).

  16. 160MC Assessment: 30th Nov • Your posts should be well written (spell and grammar-checked) • Not personal (except where the post is reflective) • Reference other people’s work (academic or practice ) • Include citations (for images, quotes, films etc.)

In an • academic context reflective thinking usually involves: • • 1: Looking back at something – e.g. an event (in this case • the making of the artefact and the research undertaken). • • 2: Analysing the event(s) (thinking in depth and from • different perspectives, and trying to explain the event(s), • often with reference to a model or theory). • • 3: Thinking carefully about what the event (or process) • means for you and your ongoing progress as a learner • and/or practising professional.
