    2. What are Key Theme Reports? Key Themes are identified by Program Areas - typically at the beginning of a program year. Revolve around a federal list of goals/objectives New Hampshire’s Outcome report to CSREES

    3. Key Theme Broad Goals An agricultural system that is highly competitive in the global economy A safe and secure food and fiber system A healthy, well-nourished population Greater harmony between agriculture and the environment Enhance economic opportunity and quality of life for Americans

    5. Key Theme Report Requirements Short - one page or less Outcomes or Impact information Format requirements from Washington are not specific though.

    6. Suggested Format in NH Situational Statement What was the need for this program? Was there a problem that needed to be addressed? Why did Extension become involved in the program? Short - One Paragraph

    7. Suggested Format in NH Program Description (Activities) What did we do? Who was the target audience? What were the key elements of the program? Short - one paragraph

    8. Suggested Format in NH Outcomes/Impacts What happened to the audience/community as a result of the program? What knowledge was gained? What skills were increased? Which practices or behaviors changed? How many people changed? How much money was saved?

    9. Outcomes/Impacts (cont) What benefits to the environment were realized? Were policies changed as a result? SO WHAT!! WHO CARES!! Majority of the report - 3-4 paragraphs

    10. Suggested Format in NH Scope of the Impact State-wide County-wide Connecticut River Valley Multi-state - list the states Regional - all of New England Short - only one line
