Virtual Doctor Services Prescriptions & Re몭lls Upon  completion  of  your  visit  to  online  Walk-in  Clinic Ontario, the medical provider may start you on a new medication. Whether this be a short term or long term prescription,  it  will  be  sent  directly  to  an  affiliate pharmacy who will provide free, contactless, delivery of the medication to your front door. If you are already on a medication that was prescribed by  another  Doctor  and  require  a  refill,  one  of  our providers will go over your past medical history as well as the medication information with you. The provider will then provide a prescription for the medication, as necessary. Lab Results & Requisition At the end of your virtual visit if the medical providers require  further  testing,  they  can  provide  new  lab  or imaging requisitions, which are emailed to you directly for download and print. This can be completed at any lab testing  centre  or  imaging  centre.  Once  testing  is completed,  our  medical  providers  will  have  quick  and easy access to your results and will relay the results to you in a follow-up virtual appointment. If you have previous lab results that need to be reviewed by  the  medical  provider,  you  can  schedule  an appointment  and  one  of  our  medical  providers  can  go over  your  results  during  your  virtual  visit.  Through  our user-friendly platform our medical providers are able to order  tests,  follow  up  with  patients,  collaborate  action plans  with  local  care  medical  staff  and  provide continuation of care for you. Specialist Referrals If your medical provider requires a medical specialist from  our  team  to  provide  consultation,  an  internal requisition will be sent to them directly and you will be notified once a virtual appointment is available with the specialist.
