SOME PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS FOCUSED….. • Negotiation skills needs to be developed- (Raising level of role play) like Cinema production, industry permission etc. • Leadership – a situational trait.- Person –Problem separation • Communication – understand non language attributes such as tone, culture, modulation beyond the semantics.
