Timeline • 2013-14 – Standards set; Steering Committees at work • 2014-15 School Year – Piloting in 70 districts • Spring 2015 – Training of Trainers (ESCs, IHE) • Summer 2015 – Training for all Texas schools • 2015-16 School Year – Full implementation

Partner Responsibilities • Education Service Center Region 13 • Provide centralized leadership for statewide appraisal development • Facilitate communications among ESCs • Coordinate training delivery by regions • Support and monitor pilot implementation • Serve as a repository for evaluation data and feedback • Organize and host key project events
Pilot • Elgin, Fayetteville, Lake Travis, Wimberley, Pflugerville • Training Administrators June – July, 2014 • ESCs support implementation during pilot year • Feedback informs final appraisal system; rule revision
