AMC MISSION AVIATION ORM APPLICATION Getting Started – Primary Data Entry Screen “Default” Date is Current Year Primary Data Entry Screen (User Interface to Application) Entry of MSN Allows Scoring / Retrieval / Display of Tier Information Process Begins by Confirming Year and Entering 12 Alphanumeric Mission Number Select to Display Scores for that MSN OR Select Tier Scoring

  4. AMC MISSION AVIATION ORM APPLICATION Getting Started • The first two steps are to verify the Year and enter the Mission Number: • Then select the button to search for scoring already entered for that Mission Number OR • Select a Tier to enter scoring for that Tier XB WRJ63CS113

AMC MISSION AVIATION ORM APPLICATION Scoring Tier 1 • Select the Tier 1 Radio Button. • Tier 1 Requires the Selection of an MDS or use of the OSA/VIP Drop-Down to Select an MDS Select MDS In this Example, the MDS is a C-5 2 OR 1 Select Tier 1 Scoring 2 Select to Display OSA / VIP Dropdown Select to Clear 3 ALL Data Entered Select to Display Matches

  7. AMC MISSION AVIATION ORM APPLICATION Scoring Tiers • Select “Enter” button to search the database for itineraries for the MSN entered • Either the “No Matches Found” or the “Matches Found” Window will be displayed

AMC MISSION AVIATION ORM APPLICATION Search Results – “NO MATCHES FOUND” “No Matches Found” Indicator Database Search Resulted in No Matches for the MSN Entered Note for Scoring Tier 2, 3 or 4: Planner Scores and Approval Information may be Found Under Originating Mission Number Select Reset to Return to Select to Continue to Worksheet Data Entry Screen

  9. AMC MISSION AVIATION ORM APPLICATION Search Results – “MATCHES FOUND” Note: Make sure your mission is highlighted in the respective Tiers. If not, erroneous data may be loaded to your ORM sheet. To deselect the highlighted missions, select the “Clear Scores” button next to the respective Tier *AIRCREW-REMEMBER TO CLEAR TIER 4 SCORES BEFORE ENTERING NEW DUTY DAY, UNLESS YOU ARE MAKING A CHANGE TO YOUR PREVIOUS SCORE
