  5. BSW 1990 • Stahlproduktion: 1.150.000 t/a • Entstaubungskapazität: 1.200.000 m³/h • Umweltauflagen: • Einhaltung aller Parameter gemäß TA-Luft • Reststaubgehalt im Abgas 20 mg/m³ • Dioxine/Furane 0,5 ng/m³

BSW 1998 • Stahlproduktion: 1.500.000 t/a • Entstaubungskapazität: 1.200.000 m³/h + 600.000 m³/h • Umweltauflagen: • Einhaltung aller Parameter gemäß TA-Luft • Reststaubgehalt im Abgas 4 mg/m³ + 1,5 mg/m³ • Dioxine/Furane 0,1 ng/m³ • Frachtbegrenzung 2 kg/h ~ Konzentration von 1,1 mg/m³ • EFÜ: Elektronische Datenfernüberwachung durch die deutsche Behörde • Beteiligung der französischen Behörden

BSW 2001 - 2003 • Stahlproduktion: 1.7500.000 t/a, Ziel: 2.200.000 t/a • Entstaubungskapazität: 1.200.000 m³/h + 600.000 m³/h • Umweltauflagen: • Einhaltung aller Parameter gemäß TA-Luft mit reduzierten Grenzwerten • Reststaubgehalt 4 mg/m³ + 1,5 mg/m³ • Dioxine/Furane 0,1 ng/m³ • Frachtbegrenzung 2 kg/h ~ Konzentration von 1,1 mg/m³ • Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung mit Beteiligung der Öffentlichkeit auf französischer und deutscher Seite • Lärmmessstationen (kontinuierlich messend) nach Westen, Frankreich und Osten, Deutschland • Kontinuierliche Quecksilbermessung
