  1. Does GC&SU have Space for Recycling ??? At Georgia College and State University, there is believed to be a demand for a university instituted recycling program. A task force of students and faculty has come together in an attempt to formulate a campaign proposal. In the short-term proposal, it needs to be specified where there is space to place initial recycling bins and the large main disposal areas. A least cost scenario is pertinent to accomplishing our goal. How can this be achieved?
