Summary Information • After the TCEQ Mobile Monitoring Team and Field Operations staff documented uncombusted/partially combusted emissions with the GasFindIR Camera, technical discussions ensued that led the company to make/speed up flare tip replacement. Follow up from the TCEQ regional office using the IR camera resulted in documentation of apparent reduced emissions from the steam-assisted flare that stands 300 feet tall, has a stack diameter of 30 inches, and a 48 inch burner tip.
