  1. HANDOUT—RESPONSE CURVE ALL FOLLOWERS Stakeholders involved in the change EARLY ADOPTERS RESISTORS PIONEERS NONE Increasing preparedness to change PIONEERS are at the cutting edge of change. They will usually be the first to embrace a new product, service or idea. Pioneers are your allies when implementing change EARLY ADOPTERS are not far behind the pioneers. They are in favor of the change and can be described as cautious allies. These people just want to know what they are letting themselves in for. FOLLOWERS describe the majority of people in most situations. They will only get on board when the change has been commonly adopted or when plenty of others have already joined in. RESISTORS are likely to be the last people to accept the change (if they accept it at all). They are likely to have little or not interest in any perceived benefits of the change and will probably be actively opposed to it.
