  2. FP7簡介 • FP計畫(Framework Programme)始自1984年。2007至2013年為FP計畫第七期,即FP7。 • FP7擬投入預算高達532億歐元,約為2兆4000億台幣。 • FP計畫希望強化歐盟的創新研發能力,提供會員國旗下產官學界研發經費及平台服務。 • FP7的短期目標為傳承FP6,建立「歐洲研究區域」;長程目標則欲發展歐洲成為以知識為本的經濟與社會體。 • 補助歐盟會員國及發展中國家(ICPC)研究經費(原則不補助台灣研究經費) 2
