We have strong roots and ties in the community • Merits - We have immaculate reputation and client trust • Experience - We are the exclusive provider for trail restoration, renovation and maintenance for GGNRA

Contract Goals (Overview) • To complete the project in time for the HMB annual Art & Wine Festival. • To create a trail that is ecologically friendly, clean, regularly open and a safe natural environment. • To provide a trail that protects habitat for and interaction with indigenous and endangered species. • To produce a destination outdoor recreation facility that increases trail use by 20% and shows average satisfaction ratings of 7.

  4. Contract Goals (Deliverables) • Tocomply with the City and State ordinances in order to preserve and protect local indigenous and endangered species: plants and animals. • To improve the design of the current trail route and outdoor recreation facilities in order to enhance user enjoyment and promote repeat visits. • To provide ongoing maintenance contract work after completion of the renovation work.

  11. Description (Phases) • Four major phases: • Planning • Execution • Installation • Closing • Each divided into sub levels of work • Each implemented according to an established and approved schedule.

  12. Description (Schedule) Title: Half Moon By Historic Marsh Trail Renovation Start: July 1, 2009 Finish: July 31, 2009

Description(Payment Schedule) • First installment = 40% of the total cost ($43.2K) upon the signing of the contract. • Second installment = 30% of the total cost ($32.4K) upon the completion of 50% of the contract work. • Final installment = the remaining 30% of the total cost ($32.4K) upon the acceptance and sign-off of the contract work.

Management (Status & Change Control) • Status Reporting Process: • Submission of weekly Project Status Reports • Change Control Process: • Request for any changes must be submitted in writing using Change Request Form. • HMB will approve the change request within 24-hours. • Approval limits by occurrence: • Rexsusone Project Manager - Up to $1,000 • Rexsusone Financial Manager - Up to $5,000 • HMB Financial Manager - Up to $20,000 • Joint approval required of all change orders.
