Pedagogisch Werker Werkterrein/omgeving Beroepsopleiding Overheidseisen stijgen Taal, VVE, meldcode, KEUZE instelling: PROFESSIONALISERING of minimum eisen wet • Dagopvang met/zonder VVE • PSZ met/zonder VVE • BSO • Eenpitter of onderdeel koepel • Interactievaardigheden • Specialisatie? • Elk kind z’n etiketje • Ouders willen het allerbeste • Interactie met andere organisaties/niveau’s

  5. Voorlopige visie 1 Zittende bezetting PW 3: • Bijscholing VVE, taal F3 • Ontwikkel modulaire leerlijn diploma PW4 • Algemeen: vergroot mobiliteit • naar…..o.a. Duitse kinderopvang • Huidige PW 3 zonder VVE: inzetbaarheid?

  6. Voorlopige visie 2 Nieuwe PW-er’s: • minimaal PW 3 incl. VVE • Opleiden op PW 4 (nieuw KD) • Opleiden vanuit gedachte integraal IKC Pilot (onder studie) • Gecombineerde opleiding PW/OA • BPV 50% in KO en 50% in PO
