DIC Earthquake, Wind/Hail • The DIC (Earthquake Peril) Policy is available for both building owners and tenants of commercial buildings. 13 Western States, including Alaska, California, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. • The NPCP (Wind/Hail Only) Policy helps businesses recover from damage caused by wind and/or hail and other perils. Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Texas, and Virginia. • The DIC (Wind/Hail Perils) Policy is available for both building owners and tenants of commercial buildings. Alabama, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
