Seeing Clearly: The Spiritual Insight of Double Spectacles in Life and Prayer

This sermon by Bob Prichard explores the concept of "double spectacles," or bifocals, and their spiritual application in our lives. Drawing parallels with the inventions of Benjamin Franklin, the sermon emphasizes the importance of having a balanced perspective—looking towards our heavenly calling while also addressing the needs of those around us. Scriptural references highlight our dual responsibilities: to seek God and to love our neighbors. As you reflect on your own life, consider if you are focusing solely on heavenly hopes while missing earthly needs.
