What I have learnt Volleyball • 6 versus 6 • Set shots, dig shots, spike shots, serve shots • The ability to control the ball • The ability to pass the ball to another player to play a 3 touch play • The ability to get the ball over to the other side of the net • The ability to anticipate for the incoming ball

  4. What I can do to improve • I need to improve on my serving skills • I also need to improve on my control of the ball • I need to keep practicing even after classes • I must keep practicing on my reverse sets and overarm serves

  5. What I definitely know from my end-of-unit Exam • I understood the formula and the understanding of labeling the diagram. • The graph question where they asked about heart rates. • I feel that I am confident in this topic because I have learnt it during Biology classes.

  6. What I found difficult in my Mock Exam • Including the benefits to the performer and how it will apply to a person • The questions where I needed to answer the definition of the vocabulary word • ‘Vital Capacity’ and ‘Tidal Volume’

  7. Action Plan for Improvement • Revise key topics and areas of weaknesses. • Understand the ‘style’ of questioning and reading the questions properly. • Learn key terms and definitions, using Quizlet. • Re-read sections of the text book, especially areas Ifound difficult.
