  1. This presentation will probably involve audience discussion, which will create action items. Use PowerPoint to keep track of these action items during your presentation • In Slide Show, click on the right mouse button • Select “Meeting Minder” • Select the “Action Items” tab • Type in action items as they come up • Click OK to dismiss this box • This will automatically create an Action Item slide at the end of your presentation with your points entered.   10. VoIP – Elluminate Live! • Typing and Spelling challenged • All students to feel more connected by hearing instructors’ and other students’ voices • Software also allows for webcam for pictures of instructors or students. • Goal - Elluminate Live! software linked from the Community WBC 2005

  12. Emergency Procedures • Charley + Frances +Ivan + Jeanne = Need for a plan • The Community was engaged to help us to know about students with severe problems. • Community helped students get what they needed to get on with their classes. WBC 2005

Future Plans • Revise and consolidate some of the main menu categories through user feedback and usage statistics. • Continued developed of software to allow for voice and video on the Community, not just in classes. • Development of more subgroups for special purposes within the Community. WBC 2005
