We are in an influential position to educate and activate our audiences, ultimately affecting change and contributing to our community’s well being. • Launching “Find a Doctor” is a unique approach to showcase local doctors. This directory is integrated amongst five radio stations and websites. This programming initiative is a powerful marketing tool for the medical profession. Its unique approach offers the participants a tremendous position in their respective field to our captured loyal listening audience. • “Find a Doctor” uses an integrated multi-media messaging platform and focuses listeners to a trusted resource where they will find: • Categories of specific doctor specialties and health care facilities • Information about each doctor and their practice • The goal of “Find a Doctor” is to give listeners a resource that they can trust to find a doctor in a specific health care industry while breaking through all of the other directory clutter that our listeners are exposed to.

Dr. Smith offers her patients convenient appointment times and accepts most insurance plans. Find out more about Dr. Smith or any other medical specialty by visiting Find a Doctor on our stations website at www.Sunny1069.com • This content is updated weekly and each doctor or health care facility will be showcased exclusively. • Messaging airs across five of Reno Media Group network of stations. The combined radio station announcements will reach 394,400 adults in our area an average of 63 times each over the course of a year.

Contents include information about the doctor and related specialty field, contact information and website hyperlink to clients website. This can be paired with an option of an embedded video. Social networking blasts are sent quarterly to each station’s extensive member database; content mirrors “Find a Doctor”programming message. Current page views are more than 300,000+ views per month on our combined station websites.

  8. “Find a Doctor” Directory Campaign Deliverables The combined radio station announcements will reach 394,400 adults in our area an average of 63 times each over the course of a year. • Each practice will have a minimum of (250) :50-second commercials that showcase their practice (Commercials to air 50 times on each of the 5 stations during the term of this agreement.) Value: $12,500 • Approx. (11,700) promotional recorded/live announcements during the term of this agreement directing listeners to “Find A Doctor” on the respective stations’ website. (45 times per week on each station- five stations total) Value: $234,000 • Exclusive directory listing on five of Reno Media Group websites with detailed information and optional embedded video messaging from the doctor. Value: $15,500 • Social marketing to station database members, driving traffic to the “Find a Doctor” section • (15,000 + members) • Campaign creation and implementation on air and on line. Total value of campaign support: $250,000 Special introductory pricing with first right of refusal 52 week campaign investment: $219 per week/$11,388 52 weeks Accepted by :_________________________________________ Date: _______________________ All schedules subject to availability. Advertiser/the undersigned/their agencies are jointly and serially liable and guarantees all amounts owned and costs of collecting on this account including a reasonable sum for attorney’s fees.

  9. Reno Media Group Internet and Broadcast Agreement between Reno Media Group and ____________________________________ medical practice, facility, or physician hereafter referred as “Client”. Internet Product:Find a Doctor Practice Specialty:_______________________________ Please note only services in the specialty can be listed. Example: Services for Botox can’t be promoted on the page provided or video for a Family Practice facility. Also any designated practice that has board certified accreditation must have such board certification to be listed in the practice listed. Final determination of any questions to this will be decided by Reno Media Group management. Video Required: Yes ______ No _____ (45 seconds minimum, 110 seconds maximum) Cost: $300 Additional rate $65 hour for change or modification Final Proofs of video, graphics, text date minimum 2 weeks from this agreement date: Projected Date: _______ Run Date: ________ This is an annual agreement non cancelable by Client. Payments on approved credit are due 30 days from invoice. If video production is required a $300 payment is due and owing with this agreement. Billing rate for placement in this program is $949 per calendar month. Reno Media Group reserves the right to cancel this agreement at anytime and for any reason. If this agreement is cancelled any amounts during the calendar year will be prorated at the monthly rate and the Client will not be billed beyond the date which Reno Media Group suspended the service. “Client will have the first right or refusal for the following year for their practice specialty at the prevailing rates and the current program offered. Client will receive a minimum of 50- :50 second commercials airing run of station on each of the five radio stations promoting this program during the term of this agreement. They will be rotated among other medical professionals who are participating in this program and at dates and times or Reno Media Groups discretion. In addition each station website hosting “Find A Doctor” will receive promotional support directing radio station listeners to the respective station website to find a doctor. This will include a approximately 2,290 announcements on each station during the term of this agreement.   Sunny 106.9 Approximately 2,340, River 103.7 Approximately 2,340, Alice 96.5 Approximately 2,340, Z93.7 KWNZ Approximately 2,340, Bob 97.3 Approximately 2,340 Note: Live mentions to be included in this program and credited toward the totals above will not have proof of performance or invoices since the systems required will not be engaged to account live announcements for them. All recorded and programmed announcements will have proof of performance. Total promotional support: Approximately 11,700 announcements and commercials. Approximate Value: $250,000 I agree to purchase a minimum of 12 calendar months of “Find A Doctor” as provided above. I understand that this agreement must be approved by designated management of Reno Media Group before it becomes binding on Reno Media Group.
