Today’s Agenda

Today's agenda includes discussing homework, returning quizzes, mentioning extra credit opportunities, sign-ups for presentations, and analyzing highlights of Part 4 of a literary work. We will also compare Addison's "Royal Exchange" with a chapter in the book. The reading assignment for next class is Alexander Pope's "The Rape of the Lock." Remember to prepare for the response question due at the midterm.

  2. Homework for next class • Read Alexander Pope (pp. 2493-96): The Rape of the Lock (pp. 2513-32). • Do the Response Question on Pope • (to be submitted at the midterm)
