How do these figures compare? what is the range? • Japan has a figure of 2900, why this low? • Over 25% of food in industrialised countries are cereals, a quarter from meat, fish, eggs, milk + cheese • In the least developed countries 46% from cereals, 20% from tubers. Does this cause Under-nutrition of Malnutrition? • Nutrients, minerals vitamins protein + fat lacking in LEDW - can we identify this area?
