PR-60006_01 ERCOT Outage Evaluation & Resolution Phases I & II Testing/Go-Live Details Testing: Service Providers will be required to test All Market Participants are encouraged to test Dedicated ERCOT support will be available Testing will be conducted during ERCOT business hours, excluding weekends and holidays, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Central Prevailing Time Go-Live: New Production systems will be available upon successful completion of testing Current NAESB URL will be operated in parallel until all MPs are transitioned Target date for completion is January 31, 2007 Current URL will be disabled as of February 28, 2007 Transaction metrics will only be reported on the new system beginning January 31, 2007 November 16, 2006 Page 3
