Preventing people from dying prematurely Treating and caring for people in a safe Environment and protecting them from avoidable harm Ensuring that people have positive experience of care Increasing elderly people living independently at home Support people to die in the place of their choice with the care and support that they need Increase positive experience of hospital care Protect vulnerable people from harm Increasing positive experience of outside hospital care Make best use of public funds to ensure health and social care meets the assessed needs of population and is safe, sustainable and effective Significant progress on eliminating avoidable deaths
