PPMS Schedule Calendar • From OFM • Official state pay dates • AFRS/CAFR schedule for FMS • In order items should be scheduled • Enter live, then review • Not final until we send memo • Web site: http://apps.sbctc.edu/webcalendar/Default.asp
Common Tables • Monitor information from Vendors • We add system-wide deductions • If reporting is required, we write process • After entering, we test implementation • Implementation date is on calendar • Send implementation memo/post notes
Deduction Codes • Don’t add new unique deductions for common vendors • HCA • DRS • TIAA-CREF • Causes problems with transmittals
Health Savings Accounts • Health Equity will not process negatives • Negatives are excluded from transmittal • Do not process net negatives. HSA has manual process. • Call SBCTC-ITD if process negative with zero or positive net
CEIS • New version • Integrated to windows environment • New login through Account Management • Contact account manager • Current version remains temporarily
IPEDS • Major changes this year • Standard Occupational Categories • Credit, non-credit and combo for faculty • Report salaries for all employees • Due to IPEDS in April
W-2’s • Changes this year • Required to add employer cost for medical • Getting file from HCA • Need to crosswalk • Disperse to colleges • Adding employee cost for medical • Final January 17th
