Travel Expenses • Lodging reimbursements • Napa, Riverside, and Sacramento Counties: • Actual lodging expense, supported by a receipt, up to $95 per night, plus tax. • Per Diem • The State of California has also released new per diem reimbursement rates, first as of July 1, 2013, and then as of September 1, 2013, as follows:

  7. Per Diem Rates • July 1 through August 31 - Meal and Incidental Reimbursements: Actualexpenses up to a maximum of: • Breakfast: $8 • Lunch: $12 • Dinner: $20 • Incidentals:  $6

  8. Per Diem Rates Continue • September 1 and thereafter – Meal and Incidental Reimbursements:  Actual expenses up to a maximum of: • Breakfast: $7 • Lunch: $11 • Dinner: $23 • Incidentals:  $5
