Importing Counting Results from MS Excel • Make a proper import template. • Create a spreadsheet as per the MS Excel template. • Fill spreadsheet with counting results and save in a Tab-delimited, Unicode, or MS-DOS TXT format. • Import counting results to SAP Business One. • Make necessary adjustments to them. • Select the Counted checkbox for every completed row. • Click the Add button and save counting results in SAP Business One. • You can select the Update button for an existing inventory counting document. Manually Entering Counting Results • Open the Inventory Counting window from SAP Business One main menu.  • Determine count date, time as well as the counting type and then add counters. • Add items and specify their storage locations either manually or as per any selection criteria. • Enter quantities of counted items with other information such as Serial numbers, Batches, and Counted quantity of each Unit of Measure. • Select the Counted checkbox for every finished row that is ready for posting. • Click the Add button to add documents and save counting results.
