Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System (YRBSS): National, State, and Local Data

The YRBSS collects data on priority health-risk behaviors among youth, such as unintentional injuries, tobacco and alcohol use, sexual behaviors, obesity, and asthma. This information helps to assess how these behaviors change over time and develop programs and policies to address them. The YRBSS also provides data on the impact of sexual behaviors, including cases of chlamydia, gonorrhea, and HIV among youth.
