  1. This branch serves the Ashland Property Management marketplace needs only. We are 100% focussed on Ashland, and live in Ashland ourselves. Our specialty is residential property management, but if you are looking for someone to manage larger apartment complexes, or commercial properties we would love to help you as well. Our focus and specialty is single family residential homes located in Ashland, Oregon. We have another office in Medford that also serves the remainder of the Jackson county area.

  2. We are Investors ourselves and we understand the priorities and needs of Ashland and Jackson County Real Estate Investors. We truly understand the struggles of being an investor having a property managed poorly, because of this, we know what you want and expect. it’s all about cash flow and realizing a return on your investment We know you don’t want to deal with the hassle of Tenants, repairs, showing properties, contracts, late night calls, weekend calls, etc. We take care of all of that for you! You may not be local, so having another Investor who knows the ins and outs of re- habbing a property and finding a Tenant in as little time as possible is your ideal situation.

  3. We strive to give our tenants a safe and healthy environment. We are prideful of our 3 day onsite response time for any maintenance request. All maintenance requests are to be submitted online through your Tenant Online Access Portal. Please give the address and a full description of the maintenance issue at hand. Please submit all maintenance issues online unless it’s an emergency situation! Please know if the maintenance request is due to tenant negligence and/or improper use of the property the tenant will be charged for the costs related to the maintenance call. This includes, but is not limited to, clogged drains and toilets, vents pipes, garbage disposals, septic tank, etc.
