  1. Pistilli Realty Astoria Spotlight: The Marx

  2. This development is a smaller, 33 unit structure planned to be built in the Kaufman Arts District. This structure is made of gray bricks with large square windows. The buildings is intended to be called “The Marx” probably alluding to The Marx Brothers who filmed movies on the block at Kaufman Astoria Studios when it was owned by Paramount in the 1930s. • The building was designed by Fogarty Finger and probably will be a rental building. SDS Procida is developing the project. • This building will rise in the place of two small homes and a parking lot. Is it good for the community or bad?
