  1. GANGLIONEUROMAVarón de 8 años con masa en mediastino superior en Rx simple, TC con masa densidad de partes blandas que descansa sobre cisura de la ázigos, sin calcificaciones o afectación ósea. En ecografía es una masa sólida homogénea con flujo arterial en su interior. RM coronal y axial en T1 demuestra tumoración bien definida que no afecta canal medular. En T2 observamos brillo con pequeño derrame acompañante
