  5. Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Multi-Crew Cooperation course (MCC) training is about multi-pilot, multi-engine airplane under IFR conditions. The main objectives of the course are to train communication, resource management, teamwork and decision making at all stages of flight under any conditions. Course Content Course Outline The content of the MCC course will cover theoretical knowledge training, practice and feedback in: MCC theory course – 25 hour Task sharing Communication Minimum of 3 days technical Computer-Based Training (CBT) at home (or at Pier Seven Aviation training centre upon request and subject to availability) Use of checklists Leadership and teamworking Flight management Situation awareness 3 days classroom and computer-based training FMS use Workload management 5 Full-flight simulator (FFS) sessions. Each FFS session is 4 hours + briefing and debriefing. Environment, weather and ATC Problem-solving and decision-making Systems normal, abnormal and emergency operations Monitoring and cross-checking
