  1. Listening to your feedback TAYLOR WARD – June 2013 When asked “Overall, how would you rate the care and support you received from our staff?” 78% responded “excellent” or “good”. What you told us What we did Would like access to a gym We have opened a gym Would like access to the internet We have set up an internet room to allow internet access. We would like a tidy garden area We have set up a rota for staff /patients to maintain cleanliness of garden area We welcome comments from service users and carers about our services and have developed a number of ways in which people tell us about their experiences.
