  7. 25th AFACT StC Midterm Meeting • Held in Phuket, 26-27 April 2007 • 7 StC Members, and other 26 delegates, invited guests, and secretariat team

  8. 25th AFACT StC Midterm Meeting • Questionnaires on AFACT Requirement for Development of AFACT Roadmaphas been reviewed (already used, and data analyzed by TFT) • A work program on “Promoting e-Government Interoperability Framework (e-GIF) for AFACT Member Economies” proposed by Thailand is recommended to be included in the (draft) AFACT Roadmap. • A work program related to the promotion of Cross-Reference Data Model, like UNeDocs, is recommended to be developed and included as a part in the AFACT Roadmap.

  9. 25th AFACT StC Midterm Meeting • StC agreed to to strengthen and collaborate more closely with other related regional bodies, e.g. APEC Single Window Working Group (and to be included in the AFACT Roadmap as drafted by the TFT). • AFACT Roadmap has been discussed, and a Roadmap Task-Force Plan has been approved. • The progress will be reported and discussed in the next item agenda.

  10. 25th AFACT StC Midterm Meeting • Mr. Sangwon nominated as UN/CEFACT Rapporteur for Asia (for another 2 years) • StC proposed and endorsed that the UN/CEFACT Vice Chair (Mr. Khan) to receive this year eASIA Honorary Award. • StC approved a scheme of appreciationfor AFACT Host Chair, AFACT Host Secretariat and AFACT Secretariat. • 2008 AFACT StC Midterm Meeting will be held in Jeju, Korea, 24-25 April 2008
