EINSTINE This is Einstein the steer that the Sandy Hollow Cattle Team won on the 14th May 2010 at the Singleton Beef & Land Management Day.
Who is Einstein? Einstein is a 9 month old Hereford Angus cross steer. The bull [his father] was bred at “Grenell’’, Bowmans Creek. The cow [his mother] was bred at “Dawson`s Hill”, Goorangoola.
