  5. Children are able to develop the following skills by participating in PDHPE activities in Primary School. • Moving • Communication • Decision Making • Problem Solving • Interacting

  6. Skills learnt in PDHPE are important life skills.PDHPE gets children moving and socialising, but most importantly, it is FUN! 

  7. Healthy insides make healthy outsides! Students learn about the healthy food pyramid and their daily diet intake. Students make their own fruit person using healthy and sometimes food.
