This article provides observations and insights on the Tripartite Environmental Cooperation's (TEMM) TJAP review from 2010-2014 and current climate change activities. It discusses the change of TJAP priority areas, planned activities in the climate change area, overall review results, and recommendations. The implementation and evaluation of climate change initiatives as well as non-TEMM activities such as low carbon training, J-C climate policy workshop, and JCK carbon pricing forum are also explored.
