  1. GRANT AGREEMENT-EIE/TYPE2/05/116/SI2.421505Establishment of 4 local energy management agencies in A Coruña (Spain), Podkarpackie (Poland), South-Ostrobothnia (Finland) and Popovo (Bulgaria) Energy Management Agency – Popovo, Bulgaria

  2. PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANTS Potential of solar energy for the production of electricity When analyzing the potential viability of solar energy for electricity production are taken into account the following facts:Territorial barriers - when considering options for producing electricity from solar energy in amounts that are more - than the required capacities to meet their own needs and allow the manufacturer to participate in the market for green certificates so produced energy must to take into account the technical possibility of installing a system for transformation. On the assumption that 77% of the territory is occupied by forests and farmland, as well as legally protected areas as natural reserves, military bases and others., We can assume that about 3 percent of the territory could theoretically be used.

  3. PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANTS Potential of solar energy for the production of electricity Economic and technical characteristics of systems for converting solar energy into electricity

  4. PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANTS Potential of solar energy for the production of electricity - Application: production of electric energy- Power: 5-10kWe- Efficiency: 10% for production of electric energy- Production of one unit: 200kWh / y / at 10% efficiency for surface 1m2 /- Price of the modules: 4-5 USD / installed W (if the price include the additional equipment needed will cost 5-8 USD / installed W)- Loans Area: 2.2ha/MWe (22 000m2/MWe). In a centralized system (photovoltaic power plant) connected to the national grid (only thin photovoltaic elements can compete with conventional systems) cost of electricity produced by such a system would be approximately 0.294USD/kWh - 0.245 USD / kWh at a cost of conventional System 0.06 USD / kWh. Therefore, the potential of photovoltaic systems is limited by the cost of her items they can be competitive and to contribute to the energy balance of Bulgaria if they provide subsidies for these technologies or the prices of conventional sources increase significantly. 6. PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANTS Funding for construction of photovoltaic plant Construction of photovoltaic power plants be financed under measure 312 program for rural development, which is expected to be otovrena on 1 October this year. Can be applied to projects worth up to 1 million, but to take maximum acceptable percentage of the grant (70%), the project must be for no more than 300 thousand euros.
