Learning Goals By the end of the session, we will: • Be able to identify indicators of an effective learning team focused on differentiation of instruction and assessment to meet student needs; • Have an understanding of HOW to build capacity towards instructional leadership in our department/school teams; and • Be able to utilize the learnings from this session to inform our department/school plan

  3. MINDS ON: • Instruction and assessment are differentiated in response to student need; as a result, what might a learning team look like, sound like, feel like in this area?
