  4. Theodore E. Bedell III Ted, a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager and a Certified Professional Geologist, has over 18 years of environmental consulting and remediation contracting experience. Ted has investigated hundreds of private, government, commercial, and industrial sites. He has published numerous peer-reviewed scientific articles, including contributing author of “Guidance to Environmental Site Assessments”. Ted has attained a B. S. and M.S. in Geology and maintains current with industry standards through on-going continuing education and seminars. Principals: John R. Ray John has over 16 years in the environmental industry, three of those years as an Army Officer. John’s work focused primarily on petroleum contaminated site investigation and cleanup, including the design, installation, operation and maintenance of remedial systems. He is an expert at fund reimbursement, having had hundreds of thousands of dollars reimbursed for clients. John has attained a B.A. in Geology and a M.S. in Environmental Engineering and Science. www.totalenvironmental.net

  5. Michael Hopkins Mike is a Fueling Technologist with over 20 years of experience in the Petroleum Service Industry. Mike has numerous certifications from electronic tank monitoring, fuel management, and dispenser systems. Mike’s hands on experience have provided him not only with technical but mechanical operations knowledge as well. Bryan Hall Bryan has over 11 years in the remediation and petroleum construction industry and an additional 10 years in government contracting and supply and logistics. Bryan’s focus is on the design, installation, removal and upgrade of petroleum storage and dispensing systems. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the construction services division.   6. Kristopher C. McCandless Kristopher McCandless is a masters level Professional Geologist with over 15 years of experience in environmental consulting. He is a past President of the local chapter of the Association of Engineering Geologists, and has coordinated and led several geologic and environmental field trips. He is an expert at understanding local geologic and hydrologic conditions, and is experienced at the design and installation of groundwater monitoring wells. Kris is responsible for the preparation of sampling and analysis plans and the quality assurance of sampling programs. Keith Freihofer With five years of experience, Mr. Freihofer’s expertise is working with petroleum contaminated and hazardous sites. He is experienced with all facets of subsurface plume delineation, field screening, and soil logging. He is experienced in the installation and sampling of groundwater monitor wells and direct-push investigations (soil, soil gas, and groundwater) and a wide range of remediation techniques. Keith is responsible to operate, troubleshoot, and repair TEC’s ground water remediation systems. He is experienced in varying levels of PPE from level D to B and is responsible for health and safety oversight.
