  1. Full Cycle: AMS’ Loss Control Environment is a full cycle loss control management solution that offers comprehensive management of the entire inspection process within a paper “less” environment

  2. Generation & Management System: The LCE system is a complete inspection generation and management system. The home office component of LCE is a Windows based loss control management system designed to automate the loss control management process

  3. LCE Begins With Data Download: Policies are initially downloaded at inception. When it is time to survey a client, the home office’s host system downloads the final inspection transaction to LCE

  4. Evaluating Downloaded Data: The batch system evaluates the data, converts it into formats the LCE system can use to determine type of inspection (Physical, Telephone, Voluntary or Waived) that should be performed

  5. Workload Balancing: Inspections are then assigned to inspectors or fee companies. Inspection assignments are based on predetermined rules based on your business needs. Loss Control Managers are able to resort inspections where needed

  6. Inspections Are Released To The Field: Loss Control Managers release work to the field with policy, class code, endorsement, claims and inspection location information. Included is an entire Policy View in HTML format

  7. Automatic Tracking: Our field piece continuously updates the status of the audit in LCE. Again, giving managers critical information to the status of the inspection.

  8. Customized Forms: Our field piece allows for completely custom forms. Forms may also be added and developed by you. Also, a diary system is included for the inspectors notes and other written materials

  9. Upload of Finished Inspections: Inspectors upload their finished work back to the LCE system for review. Managers are able to review the inspection and receive detailed information on the tracking record. The entire inspection is saved in the LCE system enabling managers to pick and pull information at will.

  10. LCEWEB: The LCEWEB system is a browser interface to common LCE functions. It is designed to primarily support users who are outside the Loss Control department where it is not feasible or necessary to utilize the LCE application
