  23. Facilitating ActionFacilitating Action is joining with what the Holy Spirit is already doing to assist people in succeeding thru: a) Giving/granting formal/positional authority and/or permission to individuals who already carry moral authority (Moral authority is most important.)

  24. Facilitating Actionb) Removing barriers c) Sponsoring individuals d) Establishing clear boundaries and lines of authority. e) Establishing consistent accountability. f) Providing ongoing coaching.

  25. As we work with people in Facilitating Action, we must maintain a Christ-like respect for every individual. Martin Buber has an excellent philosophy of relationships.
