Project Description • Grades: 9 – 12 • Site Size: +/- 56.6 acres • Number of Students: +/- 1,800 (divided into 4 small learning communities) • Core Classrooms: +/- 82 approximate • Total Classrooms: +/- 96 approximate • Approximate Size: +/- 400,000 sf • Project Schedule: Proposed opening August 2013 • Partial Occupancy of Site: October 1, 2011 • Full Occupancy of Site: July 1, 2012 • Renovation of existing 11 level building to classrooms and support spaces • New Theater with seating for +/- 600 • New Competition Gymnasium with seating for +/- 1,800 • New Practice Gymnasium • New classrooms and support spaces • Football field (can also be used for soccer, lacrosse, etc.) • Multi-Purpose Practice field (approximate size of soccer field) • 400 meter track • Baseball field • Softball field • Tennis courts (3) • Parking for approximately 900 vehicles (surface and decked)
