  2. 不良现象 Discrepancy 現象：約20000次發現hinge異常， 1.有乾澀的感覺 2.有異音現象

  3. open close L SIDE 複測扭力：6.1-6.2kg-cm(無超過15%) R SIDE 複測扭力：6.1-6.3kg-cm (無超過15%) 不良现象 Discrepancy 10/07/02取得W930客返品2pcs 1.觀察返品，外觀組裝無異常 2.扭測確認，衰減值無異常 1.補各外觀圖(照片) 2.返品取得日在確認一下

  4. 不良原因分析 Root cause • 乾澀感 • a) 異物析出，造成乾澀感？ • b) 油脂不足，造成乾澀感？ • 異音現象 • a) 組立錯誤，造成異音現象？ • b) 尺寸搭配錯誤，造成異音現象？

  5. 不良原因分析 Root cause 2.a)異物析出，造成乾澀感？ 異物析出一般是以咖啡色鐵粉型態出現在表面，觀察返品並無發現類似現象

  6. 不良原因分析 Root cause 2.b)油脂不足，造成乾澀感？ 客返品拆解，零件外觀均有油質，零件外觀無異常磨損

  7. 不良原因分析 Root cause 3.a)組立錯誤，造成異音現象？ 返品作動正常，鉚接處無鬆脫，BOSS柱定位良好無歪斜，實際搖擺時並無異音現象 補各3方向視圖(照片)

  8. 不良原因分析 Root cause 3.b)尺寸搭配錯誤，造成異音現象？ 客返品拆解，零件搭配尺寸無異常 補各零件量測資料-Ф徑

  9. 不良原因分析 Root cause 4.同批樣品複驗 目前已驗證2套，扭力衰減in spec，無異音情形，請參閱附件

  10. 結論 1.客返品確認扭力衰減合乎spec 2.客返品分析，油質充足符合原始設計規範，且無異音現象 3.壽命測試抽驗2pcs，試驗無發現異音現象 4.從返品情況並無發現貴方提出的異常現象，我司預計於7/6寄出10套樣品，7/8將會收到，還請惠予排測
